This is getting ridiculous, isn’t it?
Not since Cardiff’s David Marshall failed to deal with Martyn Waghorn’s in-swinger, leaving Steve Howard to volley home from seven yards, have Leicester netted from a corner. That was on 30th March.
Depending on how you count, this was either 154 (league games only) or 193 (including playoff and cup ties) corners ago.
City haven’t been good in the air all season long. Only 3 of Leicester’s 23 league goals this season have been scored with headers.
Does anyone have any theories? Is it the deliveries? Poor aerial ability? Luck?
When will it end?
