What to expect in 2012/13

After a well earned summer break, Foxblogger is back fighting fit for a new season of stats and analysis. Here’s what you can expect for the 2012/13 campaign.

The blog
Entering its fifth season, the blog will once again be home to in-depth match previews for every Foxes match. You’ll also get key facts after every game and posts on the issues that will be hotly debated throughout the season. You can subscribe to the updates via RSS so you never miss a stat.

This is the place for key Foxes facts throughout the season, and during the build up to every game a selection of the best stats from the match preview. If you’re not one of the thousands who already follow Foxblogger updates, you can find them here.

New for 2012/13 – Foxblogger is on Facebook. Join the debate thoughout the season with fan polls, your comments and all the other key facts you’ll find on the blog and Twitter.

After a brief hiatus at the end of last season – the Foxblogger podcast returns. Every weekend the podcast will digest the week’s action with Leicester City fans who know their club inside out. As before, it’ll be free to download through iTunes or your favourite podcast software. Want to get involved with the show, just get in touch.

Also new for 2012/13 the data behind the blog will be placed online, free to view. Want to know how well Leicester got on in the League Cup back in the 60’s, or City’s top scorer of the 21st century? You’ll find it here.

There will be several more sets of data going online in the coming weeks. First up – who is Nigel Pearson taking a really good look at this pre-season?

So that’s what you can expect from Foxblogger this season – now all that remains is for the Foxes to live up to expectations on the pitch. Roll on August.
